This notice explains how QueueZero Ltd handles information sent through this website or through the email options provided on it.
Who is responsible

Information we collect
When you make a pilot enquiry, we may receive:
- your name, work email and organisation;
- venue, event, location, date and peak-service details;
- anything else you include in the enquiry; and
- basic submission and security data used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, assess a potential QueueZero deployment, plan next steps, protect the form from abuse and keep appropriate business records. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and, where relevant, steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by Netlify Forms and by our email, hosting and IT providers acting for us. Selecting Outlook, Gmail or your default email app sends the prepared message through that provider. Some providers may process data outside the UK using recognised transfer safeguards. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for significant automated decisions.
How long we keep it
We normally retain an enquiry for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may keep it longer where it becomes part of a client, contractual or legal record.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at sales@queuezero.live. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
